Recording the pre existing  condition of the adjoining property, an on-site survey and schedule of condition served to both parties

Agreed Surveyor Award: From £550

Acting as Party Wall Surveyor on behalf of two parties. To review the drawings and plans. On-site inspection reviewing notices, Preparing a schedule of condition and the party wall award. The scope of the proposed works will determine the cost of the Award. Send us the drawings or outline the works for us in an email and we will provide a fixed price quotation.
