A call is the quickest way to get an answer. If you write instead, we will reply as soon as we can. If your matter is urgent, for example a notice with a deadline, please call.

What to tell us

Whichever way you contact us, these details let us give you a useful answer straight away:

  1. The address of the property where the work is planned
  2. Whether you are the building owner or the neighbour who has received a notice
  3. What is planned, or what the notice says, and its date if you have received one
  4. Any drawings you have, which you can email to us after the first call

What happens next

  1. We tell you whether the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 applies and which notices are needed.
  2. If you want us to act, we send a fixed fee in writing. You do not pay anything until you instruct us.
  3. If you do not need us, we say so.
